Just as St. Peter’s endeavors to educate “the whole child,” we likewise endeavor to hire “the whole person.” To be sure, we require credentials of our applicants as is reasonable for the position in question, but we weigh other factors with equal importance: personality, diversity of life experience, extracurricular goals, and so on.
