SUPPORTING EVERY STUDENT, EVERY DAY

Friendsgiving, formerly known as the Annual Fund, is the cornerstone of St. Peter’s fundraising efforts. Gifts to this fund provide critical revenue that the school needs to balance its annual operating budget. Specifically, Friendsgiving is a resource that is vital to maintaining the quality and richness of the school’s unparalleled educational program.

Every contribution to the Friendsgiving campaign benefits every student, every teacher, every family, every day. Monies raised directly support faculty salaries, professional development, program enhancements, technology, and the arts. Furthermore, donations to the campaign are an endorsement of the high academic standards, which impact every student, every teacher, every family, every day.

WHY SHOULD FAMILIES SUPPORT FRIENDSGIVING?

Every student benefits from every gift received. The fund allows St. Peter’s to * introduce an exciting new reading program; * implement an innovative approach to math instruction that ensures all students achieve;* keep abreast of trends in educational technology; and * attract and retain excellent educators.

WHY IS FAMILY PARTICIPATION IMPORTANT?

Because Friendsgiving is an annual fundraising campaign and because the money raised benefits every student, every day, St. Peter’s asks every family to consider making Friendsgiving a priority when considering philanthropic giving. Every gift, regardless of size, is important because every gift represents an expression of loyalty. Family participation demonstrates commitment to every student, every day.

ARE GIFTS TAX-DEDUCTIBLE?

Every gift is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. St. Peter’s is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt, nonprofit organization.

WHAT IS THE GOAL FOR FAMILY PARTICIPATION?

St. Peter’s strives for 100% participation from current families.
